This page explains how the organizers of ELEKTROENERGETIKA 2027 process your personal data and which cookies the website uses, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Data controller

What data we process
When you create an account and register, we process the data you provide: name and academic titles, e-mail address, phone number, affiliation and billing details (institution, address, company ID, VAT), participation category, meal preference and accommodation choice, together with payment and invoice records.
Purpose & legal basis
We use this data solely to organize the symposium — to manage your registration, accommodation and payment, to issue invoices and to contact you about the event. The legal basis is the performance of your participation, our legitimate interest in running the symposium, and — for invoicing — compliance with legal accounting obligations.
Cookies & local storage
The website uses only strictly necessary storage: a session cookie (ee_session) that keeps you signed in, and a language preference kept in your browser (ee_lang). No advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies are used. Because these are essential for the site to work, they do not require consent — the banner is shown for your information only.
How long we keep it
We keep your registration data for the time necessary to organize the symposium and to meet legal (accounting) obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
